{"id":25535,"date":"2026-04-15T16:24:23","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T22:24:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centeotl.org.mx\/web\/?p=25535"},"modified":"2026-04-15T16:27:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T22:27:25","slug":"intercambio-de-saberes-para-fortalecer-el-cultivo-de-amaranto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centeotl.org.mx\/web\/intercambio-de-saberes-para-fortalecer-el-cultivo-de-amaranto\/","title":{"rendered":"Intercambio de saberes para fortalecer el cultivo de amaranto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El pasado lunes 13 de abril, en las instalaciones del <a href=\"https:\/\/centeotl.org.mx\/web\/centro-de-capacitacion\/\">Centro Demostrativo y de Capacitaci\u00f3n Agroecol\u00f3gica (CDCA)<\/a>, tuvimos la grata oportunidad de reencontrarnos con el maestro Namay Manuel Mart\u00ednez Oseguera, quien contin\u00faa ampliando \u00e1reas de cultivo y acompa\u00f1ando a grupos campesinos que practican la agricultura biodin\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n el maestro Namay Mart\u00ednez nos visit\u00f3 en compa\u00f1\u00eda de una productora de amarantos biopotenciados de Tulyehualco, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Durante este encuentro, conversamos sobre la importancia de seguir promoviendo el cultivo del amaranto como un alimento de alto valor nutricional, tanto en su consumo como verdura como en grano tostado.
