Grupos campesinos, organizaciones y comercializadores de los Valles Centrales de Oaxaca participaron en el primer taller del programa \u201cAurora\u201d, enfocado en impulsar emprendimientos agroecol\u00f3gicos y fortalecer la comercializaci\u00f3n de alimentos sustentables.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este 26 de mayo de 2026, en las instalaciones del Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario Cent\u00e9otl A.C.<\/a>, recibimos a los consultores Adri\u00e1n Boj\u00f3rquez y Manuel Rabasa, provenientes del Centro Internacional de Mejoramiento de Ma\u00edz y Trigo (CIMMYT)<\/a>, quienes impartieron el primer taller del tema \u201cFortaleciendo Sistemas Agroalimentarios Resilientes en Centroam\u00e9rica\u201d, como parte del programa \u201cAurora\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este primer encuentro participaron 25 personas integrantes de diferentes grupos comunitarios, ECAS, redes agroecol\u00f3gicas, organizaciones y comercializadores de alimentos de los Valles Centrales de Oaxaca, quienes compartieron experiencias, conocimientos y desaf\u00edos relacionados con la producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n agroecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la jornada, las y los participantes conocieron m\u00e1s de cerca el trabajo que desarrolla el CIMMYT en el fortalecimiento de sistemas agroalimentarios sustentables, as\u00ed como la importancia de generar alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas que permitan impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n, la organizaci\u00f3n comunitaria y la comercializaci\u00f3n de productos org\u00e1nicos producidos localmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el taller se desarroll\u00f3 el concepto de negocio para cada uno de los emprendimientos participantes, permitiendo reflexionar sobre el valor agregado de sus productos, sus oportunidades de crecimiento y las posibilidades de posicionamiento dentro de mercados m\u00e1s conscientes y sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se generaron espacios de di\u00e1logo directo entre los consultores y los participantes, con el objetivo de conocer m\u00e1s a fondo cada iniciativa y analizar de qu\u00e9 manera este proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento puede fortalecer los proyectos productivos y agroecol\u00f3gicos que actualmente se desarrollan en distintas comunidades de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin duda, necesitamos seguir visibilizando y promoviendo la agroecolog\u00eda como una actividad fundamental para el bienestar de las comunidades, reconociendo que los alimentos producidos de manera org\u00e1nica y responsable representan no solo una alternativa econ\u00f3mica, sino tambi\u00e9n una apuesta por la salud y el cuidado de la tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
