En esta ocasi\u00f3n (4 marzo de 2016), correspondi\u00f3 a la localidad de San Sebasti\u00e1n de las Grutas, perteneciente a Villa Sola de Vega, en donde y a trav\u00e9s de las maestras y maestros del Colegio KUKULKAN, \u00a0la cual es una escuela de PREESCOLAR, quienes han entendido la importancia de nutrir bien a los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as que aqu\u00ed estudian, han implementado junto con el Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario \u201cCent\u00e9otl AC, talleres de cultivo de amaranto y de uso y aprovechamiento de hoja y grano de amaranto con padres y madres de familia y dem\u00e1s que, a el se ha involucrado tambi\u00e9n a \u201cmujeres productoras y transformadoras de amaranto\u201d de la comunidad de Santa Mar\u00eda Lachix\u00edo, quienes para apoyar el proceso que estamos iniciando en esta comunidad respecto a producir y consumir amaranto, han ofrecido a las familias que inician este andar, asesor\u00eda para los diferentes procesos de la cadena productiva de amaranto, as\u00ed como mercado para el grano de amaranto que se pueda obtener en San Sebasti\u00e1n de las Grutas, puesto que en Santa Mar\u00eda Lachix\u00edo, ya se cuenta con tostadora, trilladora y limpiadora de grano y la demanda de productos a base de amaranto en esta localidad es alta y la producci\u00f3n es aun incipiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a se hicieron agua guayaba con hojas amaranto, de lim\u00f3n con amaranto y las \u201cmujeres productoras y transformadoras de amaranto\u201d de Santa Mar\u00eda Lachix\u00edo elaboraron t\u00e9jate de amaranto, el cual estaba muy rico, esto es muy novedoso, porque si bien es cierto que el t\u00e9jate es una bebida muy especial para los que vivimos en el valle de Oaxaca, este se hace a base de ma\u00edz.
