{"id":4773,"date":"2017-11-23T17:32:55","date_gmt":"2017-11-23T23:32:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/centeotl.org.mx\/web\/?p=4773"},"modified":"2017-11-23T17:32:55","modified_gmt":"2017-11-23T23:32:55","slug":"como-surge-y-para-que-surge-amaranto-de-mesoamerica-para-el-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centeotl.org.mx\/web\/como-surge-y-para-que-surge-amaranto-de-mesoamerica-para-el-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"Como surge y para que surge Amaranto de Mesoam\u00e9rica para el Mundo!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario Cent\u00e9otl AC inici\u00f3 la promoci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n y consumo del amaranto desde 1996 con la finalidad de atender una necesidad muy sentida de la poblaci\u00f3n con que trabajaba; revertir sus procesos de desnutrici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la buena aceptaci\u00f3n que tuvo el cultivo del Amaranto, las familias empezaron a producir m\u00e1s grano del que consum\u00edan por lo que requer\u00edan de un mercado para su producci\u00f3n. Como el Objeto Social de \u201cCent\u00e9otl\u201d AC no permit\u00eda la compra de productos ni realizar procesos agroindustriales nos vimos en la necesidad de crear en el 2002, Amaranto de Mesoam\u00e9rica para el Mundo SC de RL, que acopia la producci\u00f3n producida por las familias campesinas de la Sierra Sur y Valles Centrales de Oaxaca a un precio de garant\u00eda que actualmente es de $18 pesos por kilogramo de grano y de $34 pesos por kilogramo de Cereal (amaranto tostado).<\/p>\n<p>Hoy Amaranto de Mesoam\u00e9rica forma parte del Consejo de Agroindustriales de Oaxaca A.C. (CAO) y como parte de esta instancia se da a conocer a nivel nacional, aunque nuestro mercado a\u00fan se encuentra concentrado en la ciudad de Oaxaca y localidades de Valles Centrales.
