Nunca ser\u00e1 recomendable iniciar el d\u00eda con el estomago vac\u00edo. Hay que desayunar todas las ma\u00f1anas de forma equilibrada, y nunca salgas de casa habiendo tomado s\u00f3lo un caf\u00e9 o un jugo. Recuerda esto: &#8220;tu cuerpo ha pasado entre 8 a 10 horas sin alimentos desde que cenaste&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Un desayuno equilibrado es aquel que esta compuesto, como m\u00ednimo, por los siguientes grupos de alimentos: l\u00e1cteos como la leche, yogur o queso, frutas o jugos naturales, cereales como el pan o los cereales cl\u00e1sicos del desayuno. Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir otros alimentos como derivados c\u00e1rnicos y dulces, siempre en cantidades moderadas.<\/p>\n<p>Si a tu l\u00e1cteo le pones cereal natural de amaranto, har\u00e1s un desayuno incre\u00edblemente completo pues una raz\u00f3n por la que el amaranto est\u00e1 emergiendo en la vanguardia entre los granos es por su nivel nutritivo. Es m\u00e1s alto en minerales como el calcio, hierro, f\u00f3sforo y carotenoides que la mayor\u00eda de los vegetales. Tiene un contenido notable de prote\u00edna: taza por taza, 28.1 gramos de prote\u00edna comparados a los 26.3 gramos en el arroz.<\/p>\n<p>El amaranto es una fuente genial de lisina, un amino\u00e1cido con un contenido de prote\u00edna comparable al de la leche, m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de digerir; eso no se puede decir de otros granos. Para apoyar este aspecto positivo del amaranto, tambi\u00e9n contiene prote\u00ednas primarias llamadas albumina y globulinas, las cuales, en comparaci\u00f3n con las prolaminas en el trigo, son m\u00e1s solubles y digeribles.<\/p>\n<p>Una taza de amaranto contiene 15 miligramos de hierro, mientras el arroz blanco s\u00f3lo contiene 1.5 miligramos. Una taza de amaranto tambi\u00e9n contiene 18 miligramos de fibra, en comparaci\u00f3n, el arroz blanco contiene 2.4 gramos.<\/p>\n<p>En un 105% de la recomendaci\u00f3n diaria por raci\u00f3n, el manganeso en el amaranto sobresale, aun as\u00ed, contiene pocos carbohidratos. El amaranto contiene m\u00e1s de tres veces la cantidad de calcio y tambi\u00e9n es alto en magnesio, f\u00f3sforo y potasio. El amaranto contiene de un 6 a 10% de aceite, predominantemente no saturado, o alrededor de 77% de \u00e1cidos grasos no saturados, incluyendo al \u00e1cido linoleico, requerido para una nutrici\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.
